As a trainee, you will enjoy the advantages of a collective-minded medium-sized enterprise, in which you are involved in processes from the start as a team member and familiarized with interesting activities. During your apprenticeship (3 years), you gain extensive practical skills and gain in-depth insights into a defined area.
The training allowance is paid according to the tariff of the metal and electrical industry. On successful completion, we recorded a high takeover ratio in the last training periods.
Information for BA students
Studying at a state vocational academy (BA) is the optimal solution for anyone who wants to get a taste of the field in addition to theory.
Within just 6 semesters, you apply your knowledge directly in 3-month practical phases and obtain a diploma or bachelor’s degree. In addition, you will get to know our company intensively, receive a reasonable monthly remuneration and are entitled to additional training.
