Dr. Michael Waubke, who was born in Munich, studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich. After his graduation, he took various management tasks, most recently with a large medium-sized company in Baden-Württemberg.

Since 1996 Dr. Waubke has been working self-employed. He supports manufacturing companies in increasing their efficiency and strategic reorientation. In collaboration with executives, he addresses strategic, entrepreneurial tasks that help to position the company better or to reposition the company by reducing direct and indirect costs. The key success factor is the early involvement of employees in the change management process as well as the transparent and fair approach.

Essential stations were the restructuring of small and medium-sized companies in various industries, mostly in operational responsibility. Since 2004 increasingly companies of the automotive industry (e.g. injection molding, rubber, switches, electro motors).
